Job summary

Masego Inc. is seeking a Mid-level TS/SCI-cleared Imagery Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA. The role focuses on geospatial intelligence analysis and production of GEOINT products in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will work on data fusion, brief customers, and advise leadership, leveraging tools like RemoteView, NES, IEC, and Cedalion, along with Microsoft Office. A TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain a polygraph are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Intelligence Community analysis experience (a relevant BA/BS may count toward some experience requirements).
• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience.( Minimum5 points combined experience as defined by customer).
• Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Completion of a certified military imagery analysis schoolhouse or the Geospatial Intelligence Training Program (GITP).
• Experience creating, editing, researching, evaluating, analyzing, and fusing data from multiple sources to produce GEOINT products.
• Ability to prepare intelligence products, brief customers, and advise leadership. Knowledge of the intelligence collection process and Intelligence Community workflows.
• Experience with RemoteView, IEC, NES, Cedalion, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience supporting data exploitation, target folder development, administrative research, and tipping and cueing.

Preferred Qualifications, Education and Certifications

• Experience working on multidisciplinary intelligence teams.
• Experience producing standard and non-standard intelligence products.
• Experience responding to time-sensitive RFIs.
• Experience incorporating ELINT into finished intelligence production.
• Familiarity with NGA systems architecture and cloud environments.
• GPC-F certification.
• Knowledge of multi-INT capabilities and DoD/IC databases.
• Experience briefing customers across the Intelligence Community and DoD.
• Familiarity with emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and their application to GEOINT workflows.

Security Clearance Requirement

• TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph

Travel and Work Schedule

• Candidates must be willing and able to work in a high ops tempo, 24/7/365 rotating shift environment.

Salary

$110,000+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
