EditingLive is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lightroom Image Editor to join our professional photo post-production team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of photography, image selection, cropping, straightening, and professional editing workflows. Experience in wedding or school photography is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and process high volumes of photographs using Adobe Lightroom Classic.
• Perform photo culling and select the best images based on sharpness, expressions, composition, and duplicates.
• Straighten images and perform accurate cropping while maintaining proper composition.
• Perform exposure correction, white balance adjustments, color correction, contrast, highlights, and shadow adjustments.
• Maintain natural skin tones, realistic colors, and consistent editing styles across complete galleries.
• Edit wedding, engagement, school portraits, student headshots, group photos, and event photography.
• Follow client-specific editing guidelines, presets, and reference images.
• Perform basic masking and local adjustments whenever required.
• Review completed work for quality, consistency, and accuracy before submission.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
