Essential Functions
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and lobby.
  • Register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and escort guests as needed.
  • Ensure only authorized patrons use government quarters.
  • Calculate and post charges, maintain check-out lists, and print reports.
  • Update housekeeping status and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Preferably two years’ experience or education with computer software, hardware, and AV equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Maintain and update guest and patron information efficiently.
  • Provide professional customer service, greet visitors, and answer questions.
  • Register guests accurately and prepare reports timely.
  • Comply with safety and security policies.
Conditions of Employment
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
