Team Overview

Our Health and Science System Specialists team leads in patient care settings within complex hospital and health system environments, aiming to add value for customers and patients.

Position Responsibilities
  • Launch new products and develop strategies for managing business relationships and formulary access.
  • Engage in product promotion and sales efforts with assigned accounts, including healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Utilize strong product knowledge, sales skills, and digital tools to engage customers virtually and in person.
  • Develop and implement effective engagement strategies, build relationships, and deliver targeted messages to influence prescribing behaviors.
  • Support patients by providing information on reimbursement and assistance programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and achieve business objectives.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in pharma/medical sales or related fields).
  • Residency within 25 miles of the territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of disease states and therapeutic areas.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and new technologies.
Additional Details
  • Travel required within the territory, possibly overnight.
  • Application deadline: May 26th, 2025.
  • Salary range: $101,500 - $245,400, plus incentives and benefits.
