Our Health and Science System Specialists Team provides leadership across patient care settings in the complex Hospital, Health System, and Key Medical Group environment to bring value to our customers and patients in this dynamic ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities

1. Identify and implement effective virtual/in-person engagement strategies tailored to each customer to maximize impact.
2. Build rapport and relationships with key opinion leaders and customers across various environments, demonstrating advanced call objectives and digital tool proficiency.
3. Engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand through education and strategic messaging.
4. Utilize product and disease state knowledge to educate providers and support patient access to Pfizer products.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and support Pfizer objectives.
6. Drive sales and develop strategic account management skills within assigned health systems and accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales/marketing experience, or equivalent based on education level and experience.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border and hold a valid US driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of disease states and therapeutic areas.
• Strong strategic and account management skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Additional Details

• Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight stays as needed.
• Salary range: $101,500 - $245,400, plus incentive bonuses.
