Job summary

SCA Pharma in Little Rock, AR is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support batch processing in a fast-paced facility. You will receive batches from the clean room, review batch records, count products, and ensure accurate totals while maintaining quality and compliance with SOPs.

Responsibilities include labeling, heat-seal packaging, moving products on the line, and adhering to PPE requirements.

• Receive batches from the clean room for inspection.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to keep large batches of products organized.
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to understand and follow procedures.
• Ability to regularly move and manipulate objects up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to wear all required PPE.
