Job summary

Hex Technologies Inc. is seeking a Brand Designer with exceptional visual instincts and a love of illustration to help shape the next chapter of the Hex brand.

This generalist role blends concept, identity, and campaign work across web, events, editorial, social and product storytelling. You’ll develop illustrations, visual metaphors, and reusable systems within a precise brand language, collaborating with product marketing, content, events and growth teams to move ideas from concept to

Qualifications

• Portfolio with strong ideas and beautifully made work.
• Strength in illustration, image-making or expressive visual craft.
• Understanding brand systems but not every piece must look identical.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design brand campaigns, product launches and creative moments.
• Help evolve the Hex visual identity and establish new patterns within the system.
• Develop illustration, image-making and graphic approaches that become recognisable parts of the Hex brand.
• Design across web, events, social, editorial, customer stories, swag and campaigns.
• Create reusable systems and assets rather than solving every brief from scratch.
• Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Content, Events and Growth teams.
• Art direct illustrators, motion designers, and production partners when needed.
• Move between early concept exploration and meticulous final execution.
• Contribute to critiques and push the quality of the wider team’s work.
