Job summary

Talkspace seeks a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide care remotely using the Talkspace platform. You will conduct initial diagnostic interviews and follow-up sessions, handling treatment plans and documentation.

Licensed PMHNP in Illinois with active DEA/NPI and CAQH completed is required. Work from home with flexible scheduling and no administrative overhead, while collaborating with a coordinated psychiatry team.

• CAQH application completed and signed.
• Independent liability insurance with required limits.
• Willingness to collaborate with supervising physician.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in your licensure state(s) via Talkspace platform.
• Conduct PDE interviews for new patients and PDE/E/M sessions for established patients.
• Submit clinical documentation and manage treatment plans within the platform.
• Coordinate with Talkspace psychiatry team as needed.

**This is a contract position**

What you’ll do:

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed

Compensation:

• $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination - 45-60 min)
• $30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient, depending on the length of the session (Evaluation and Management - 10-49 min)

About you:

• You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Illinois state
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate
