Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to reach individuals needing mental healthcare while offering the flexibility of private practice. This contract role lets you work from home, with Talkspace handling insurance, marketing, and admin costs so you can focus on care.

You must hold an active PMHNP license in PA, have a DEA and NPI, submit a CAQH application, and maintain liability insurance and a supervising physician agreement.

This is a contract position

What you'll do:

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed

Compensation:

• $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination - 45-60 min)
• $30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient, depending on the length of the session (Evaluation and Management - 10-49 min)

About you:

• You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Pennsylvania state
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate
