Are you a compassionate and experienced therapist with a desire to make a profound impact on the lives of those in need? Livindi is seeking dedicated professionals like you to join our dynamic team in Illinois, where we provide teletherapy services to diverse populations, including older adults, teens, families, and underserved individuals.

This fully remote position involves working collaboratively with various disciplines to provide virtual therapy to residents/patients at home, in care centers, or facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make independent, clinically sound judgments while employing a holistic approach to treatment.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will encompass a range of crucial tasks, from conducting assessments and diagnosing mental health conditions to formulating personalized treatment plans and delivering ongoing therapy. You will have the unique opportunity to work with individuals facing a wide spectrum of challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and addiction.

Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Providing culturally competent therapy services to Spanish-speaking residents/patients.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Collecting precise social data, organize it systematically, and produce clear, concise reports.
  • Assessing and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Communicating effectively with residents/patients, families, and team members both verbally and in writing.
  • Monitoring and assessing the progress of residents/patients, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with community partners and resources.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in clinical services.
  • Hold a Masters or Doctorate in Social Work or Doctorate in Psychology or Counseling.
  • Valid professional license in the state of Illinois.
  • Member in good standing for the state of Illinois.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN).
  • Professional Association Member Certification.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
