The Illinois Department of Agriculture is seeking temporary employees for the Illinois State Fair summer season, not to exceed 6 months. Positions are available in Customer Service and other areas. Essential Functions
  • Perform unskilled manual labor and clerical duties under supervision for up to 6 months.

Minimum Qualifications

Conditions of Employment
  • Availability to work all 11 days of the Illinois State Fair, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work up to 10+ hours per day, possibly outdoors.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license may be required.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
