Responsibilities

• Installation: Expertly install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, fixtures (sinks/toilets), and water heaters.
• Service & Repair: Troubleshoot and replace sump pumps, battery backups, ejector pumps, garbage disposals, and tankless water heaters.
• Drain Maintenance: Execute professional drain cleaning, jetting, cable work, and camera inspections for residential and commercial clients.
• Structural Prep: Efficiently cut and prep openings for plumbing systems using standard hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Valid Chicago or Illinois State Plumbing License.
• 10 - 20+ years of plumbing experience (preferred).
• Customer-service focused with strong communication skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using dispatching software on a mobile device.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting to 75 lbs.
