Job summary

Western Hills Retirement Village in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking dedicated State Tested Nursing Aides (STNAs) to join our resident-centered care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate personal care.This full-time position offers competitive pay from $18.25 to $26.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have current Ohio STNA certification.
• Demonstrates compassion for others and strong bedside manner.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
