First Quality Tissue SE, LLC is seeking an Industrial IIoT Connectivity Leader at our Anderson, SC facility. The role will design, guide, and implement architectures that connect industrial devices, sensors, and systems while driving IT/OT convergence across OT and IT domains.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to enable secure, scalable connected-device solutions that improve visibility and operational performance. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent in a technical field with hands-on IIoT experience.
• Strong understanding of OT environments and IT systems.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols and edge computing concepts.
• Experience with IT/OT convergence and secure integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IIoT architectures bridging OT and IT systems.
• Lead IT/OT convergence initiatives, roadmaps, and security considerations.
• Collaborate with engineering, OT, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Develop architecture documentation and standards for projects.
• Provide guidance during POC, pilot, and production rollout phases.
