Job summary

Carolina Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to focus on prevention and counseling for individuals and groups in a NC clinic setting. The LMHP will address addictions, family issues, stress management, and overall mental health concerns while promoting client insight and coping skills.

The role emphasizes assessments, treatment planning, crisis response, and collaboration with staff to support clients and families in achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a human service field and licensure eligibility or status.
• Licensed as LCSW, PLCSW, LPC, LPCA, LCASA or Ph.D. is required/eligible.
• Experience in individual and group counseling settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling to individuals and groups.
• Maintain weekly Medicaid billable hours as required.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience.
• Coordinate with families and other professionals for client care.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records and treatment information.
