What You’ll Be Doing
  • Installing, calibrating, repairing, and removing breath alcohol ignition interlock devices in accordance with state program rules.
  • Providing technical support to customers.
  • Facilitating on-site training for customers on the activation and operation of ignition interlock devices.
  • Installing devices into customer vehicles.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions.
  • Reporting any suspicion of tampering or bypass attempts.
  • Following all specified procedures, including connecting all state-required components.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with 12-volt systems, schematics, and troubleshooting installations.
  • Experience with stereo, alarm, remote start, or similar systems preferred.
  • High-quality installation experience and intermediate automotive wiring knowledge.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
