Job summary

Restoration 1 of Chester County is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team. You will respond to customer needs for water and fire restoration, completing drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

IICRC certification is preferred, and you bring a track record of quality work, safety, and a customer-focused attitude. Strong teamwork and ability to travel locally are valued.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification (preferable).
• Experience in cleaning/restoration.
• Experience serving commercial properties.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians.

Skills

Experience in cleaning/restoration

Experience serving commercial property
