ServiceMaster DSI in Houston, TX is seeking a Restoration Technician II with IICRC certification to work on residential and commercial losses from water and fire damage. You’ll handle specialty mitigation, light demolition, cleaning, mold abatement, content moves, and related tasks.

The position starts at $21–$24 per hour, negotiable based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have IICRC Certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Successful background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to client locations as directed.
• Perform water and fire damage restoration tasks and related mitigation.
• Operate mold abatement, content move‑outs, and cleaning tasks per standards.
• Adhere to regulations and deliver world‑class customer service.
