Job summary

Health Center Partners is seeking a Network Practice Support Manager to support its clinically integrated network and FQHCs, improving value-based care and operational excellence across the region.

The role requires leadership across networks, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with payers, providers, and stakeholders to drive performance and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in managed care operations, healthcare operations, clinic practice management, healthcare quality, or related healthcare environments.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for business travel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to member health centers and network initiatives.
  • Partner with health centers to align operational activities with value-based care objectives and payer requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between health centers, payers, provider groups, vendors, and network stakeholders.
  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and support practice transformation efforts.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials, training resources, and implementation support tools.
  • Support provider education, network communication efforts, and health center engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with payer-related issue resolution, eligibility monitoring, reimbursement concerns, and network operations.
  • Collaborate with health centers and internal teams to improve workflows, processes, and overall network performance.
  • Participate in committees and workgroups focused on continuous quality improvement and network development.
  • Document activities, track progress, and contribute to reporting and stakeholder communications.

Integrated Health Partners (IHP) of Southern California is seeking a Network Practice Support Manager to support our clinically integrated network and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) as they continue to advance value-based care and operational excellence. This position serves as a key liaison between IHP, member health centers, payers, and strategic partners, helping to drive performance improvement, implement best practices, resolve operational issues, and strengthen communication across the network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to member health centers and network initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in managed care operations, healthcare operations, clinic practice management, healthcare quality, or related healthcare environments.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for business travel.
Knowledge & Expertise
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Working knowledge of managed care, value-based care models, healthcare contracting, and payer operations.
  • Understanding of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and community health center environments.
  • Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medicare, Covered California, and other healthcare delivery and reimbursement programs.
  • Understanding of provider network operations, reimbursement processes, credentialing, and healthcare quality initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data-driven decision-making.
