RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promptly and cheerfully greet guests as they enter the restaurant and seat them as soon as possible
• As needed, you maintain a waiting list.
• Rotate seating stations and handle complaints as well as thank guests and invite them to return
• Answer the phone, take messages, and complete to-go orders while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Handle money in a responsible manner by maintaining guest checks
• Perform restroom cleaning duties and reset tables by cleaning chairs, booths, and floors
