Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, therapeutic and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and Baptist Health training.

The role requires Arkansas RN license in good standing, CPR, 18+ months RN experience (12 months in the specialty), willingness to float to other units, night shift 18:30–07:00, and 72 hours bi-weekly; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Arkansas RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided where required.
• Specialty-unit education will be provided.
• Minimum 18 months RN experience; at least 12 months in the specialty.
• Ability to float to other units as needed.
• 72 hours bi-weekly scheduled work.

• Must have at least 18 months of Registered Nurse experience required - one year in the specialty applied for.
• Will be expected to float to other units when needed.
• This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
