Job summary

HEPCO, Inc. in Haskell, NJ is seeking an experienced Line Operator to support IGU and Low-E glass production in a safety-focused, state-of-the-art facility. You will operate cutting, tempering, CNC, edging, and IGU assembly equipment to meet daily goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IGU manufacturing, knowledge of ASTM E2190 quality standards, and experience in a high-output glass environment. Industry certification is a plus; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insulated glass (IGU) manufacturing experience.
• Experience in IGCC-certified environments preferred.
• Knowledge of ASTM E2190 quality standards.
• Experience with Low-E coated glass.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or production line experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to fabricate IGUs and Low-E glass.
• Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily goals.
• Safely handle glass materials throughout the production process.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report issues.
