As a Product Owner in the Lottery Product Management Team, you will be the key liaison between customers, end users and the development team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the product fulfils user needs while aligning with the overarching product strategy. You will be the main point of contact for customers, tasked with analysing their product features and business processes, understanding their requirements, and translating these into specific product features. You'll break down these features and customer business requirements into system specific user stories, ensuring the product being implemented meets contractual obligations while delivering maximum value to users.
This role requires you to gain in-depth knowledge of IGT's retailer management portfolio, which consists of a sales force automation solution used by lottery sales teams to manage their territories, drive best practices, and help grow lottery sales and profit; a retailer portal providing retailers with information retailers need to manage and grow their lottery business; and an e-Training solution for retailers and lottery users to learn at their own pace and on their own schedule (as well as other applications, as assigned). Additionally, it will require gaining knowledge of other products to understand cross-product dependencies and integrations.
You'll be instrumental in product delivery, taking charge of customer business needs analyses, managing product requirements, documenting features, and developing user stories. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and software engineering teams to ensure the final product meets customer needs and aligns with IGT’s business objectives.

Travel:
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time and work across multiple time zones is required, reflecting the role's international scope and engagement with diverse stakeholders.
With a focus initially on existing product adoption (delivery of an existing product solution to Lottery customers) and subsequently on new product development (for subsequent iterations of the product to the shelf), as a Product Owner you will:

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
