This role involves performing calibration and service on medical equipment, acting as the primary customer contact during calibration, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It is a remote position with up to 75% travel required.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing preventative maintenance, FMIs, and ISIs accurately and on time.
• Assisting with equipment installation and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintaining service records and managing cycle times.
• Working with support teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Serving as a member of the account community for key accounts.
• Answering service calls independently within one year of employment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; military education; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with web applications and Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform related physical activities.
