Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Sr. OT Systems Integration Engineer in Kansas City, MO to lead Ignition SCADA/IIoT platform integration across several automotive plants.

You will standardize dashboards, KPIs, alarms, and system configurations while collaborating with IT, OT, and production teams to ensure secure, data-driven decisions. The role requires an associate degree in a related engineering field and 3+ years of OT/SCADA experience, with strong mentoring and project leadership

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in electrical/industrial field.
• 3+ years’ experience in industrial OT system integration, SCADA, or IIoT deployments.
• Expert-level Ignition SCADA/IIoT software experience with dashboards, alarms, data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Ignition/IIoT platforms across multiple plants.
• Serve as SME for Ignition; integrate MES, SCADA, IIoT sensors, robotics, and PLC/HMI systems.
• Establish cross-plant standardization of dashboards, KPIs, alarms, reports, and configurations.
