Job summary

Divcon Controls is seeking a Lead SCADA Engineer in Irving, TX to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of advanced SCADA and DDC solutions for mission-critical data centers, with emphasis on Ignition Perspective, visualization, and data integration.

You will lead SCADA engineering resources, drive standards, and stay hands‑on in complex development and integrations while mentoring a team across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Expert Ignition Perspective skills including graphics, templating, and gateway configuration.
• Strong understanding of SCADA architecture, data integration, and industrial protocols.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex Ignition Perspective projects for BMS/EPMS data centers.
• Configure gateways, security, user roles, tags, and databases; troubleshoot connectivity.
• Mentor SCADA engineers and establish development standards and templates.
• Coordinate multiple projects; ensure quality, scope, and client requirements.
• Lead testing, user acceptance, and deployment of SCADA solutions with stakeholders.
