Job summary

Automation Solutions, LP (AUTOSOL) is looking for a full-time Ignition Integrator in Houston, TX. This role requires a candidate who can manage project timelines, develop Ignition systems, and mentor team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with Ignition and be proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java.

Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and should be comfortable in customer-facing environments. Benefits include competitive salary and full employment benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Ignition, including installation and configuration.
• Experience developing scripts and UDTs within Ignition.
• Knowledge of system integration and communication of RTUs and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and implement Ignition projects.
• Design and support Ignition SCADA systems.
• Mentor and train internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

Experience with Ignition

Proficiency in Python or Java

Strong troubleshooting skills

Public speaking and customer-facing roles

Education
