Position Title: IFTDL Program Assistant/Computer Operator IV

Location: Millington, TN

Duties and Responsibilities

The IFTDL Program Assistant resolves complex operating problems, such as configuring equipment and channels to ensure test programs run without interfering with ongoing operations. The operator may deviate from standard procedures to address output instructions and error conditions, potentially affecting production plans. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing ad-hoc SQL queries on ADMITS and IFTDTL databases to extract Navy and Marine Corps drug and alcohol trend data, correcting errors, and generating reports.
  • Compiling technical reports analyzing data from these databases.
  • Supporting updates and maintenance of the IFTDTL web portal.
  • Creating and updating web reports to retrieve statistical data.
  • Importing Marine Corps reports and responding to related requests.
  • Responding to help desk inquiries, assisting users with access and troubleshooting.
  • Serving as the technical point of contact for the IFTDTL web application users.
  • Uploading incident report data via the web application.
  • Providing automation support and maintaining user account accuracy.
  • Monitoring accounts and coordinating with ADCOs for command registration and access issues.
  • Assisting ADCOs with contacting commands regarding laboratory results.
  • Reconciling data between IFTDTL and ADMITS systems.
  • Attending relevant training, meetings, and conferences.
  • Performing administrative duties within ADMITS.
Knowledge and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in substance abuse policy and programs, including managing ADMITS and IFTDL databases.
