Tsunami Tsolutions seeks an experienced IFS EAM Business Analyst to join our team in the United States. You will analyze business needs, translate requirements into effective IFS EAM solutions, and work with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams across the full implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, EAM, or related
Experience with IFS Applications, especially EAM module, preferred
Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing, and post-implementation support
Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a consulting or project-based environment

Responsibilities

Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements for IFS EAM solutions.
Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, process-mapping workshops, and requirements reviews.
Analyze current-state business processes and help define future-state improvements.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and system recommendations.
Support the implementation and optimization of IFS EAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
Assist with configuration of IFS EAM modules, workflows, and business rules.
Provide functional guidance related to asset management, preventive and corrective maintenance, and work order management.
