Signia Aerospace, a global provider of aerospace systems, seeks an ERP Specialist to architect, administer, and optimize the IFS Cloud ERP environment focused on manufacturing and supply chain. The role emphasizes MRP, integrations, and analytics in a multi-site setting.

The candidate will design solutions, manage security and user access, and collaborate with vendors on large implementations while contributing to process improvements and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ERP experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with IFS Cloud preferred.
• Expertise in ERP integrations, especially with PLM.
• Experience generating reports via SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the IFS Cloud ERP environment for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Evaluate capabilities and implement enhancements to support growth.
• Manage IFS integrations with third-party apps including PLM.
• Develop documentation for configurations and data mappings.
• Oversee day-to-day IFS Cloud operations, users, and security roles.
• Collaborate with vendor and ERP specialists on large-scale implementations.
• Support reporting and business analytics.
