Job summary

FCA US is seeking a senior financial reporting professional to manage the preparation, review, and distribution of statutory financial statements and disclosures, coordinating footnote packages for Stellantis N.V public filings.

The role involves reviewing investor relations materials, preparing executive presentations, supporting FRC/CAO-CFO reviews, and ensuring SOX compliance while driving IFRS awareness and global process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA optional.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including Public Accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and management skills.
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation, review, and distribution of statutory financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate the completion of footnote packages to support Stellantis N.V public filings.
• Review financial information included in Stellantis N.V investor relations documents and the 20F/quarterly 6K.
• Prepare executive presentations and financial summaries.
• Support Financial Reporting Committee (FRC) review meetings and other CAO/CFO reviews.
• Investigate new accounting pronouncements as well as IFRS financial reporting requirements.
• Coordinate audit activities including preparation of management representation letters with senior management and external auditors.
• Ensure SOX compliance related to financial reporting matters.
• Provide accounting and financial reporting guidance and support to other corporate accounting staff.
• Provide support, guidance and development to external reporting analysts.
• Facilitate continual process improvements both within North America and globally.
• Performing ad-hoc requests/analysis as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; or a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including Public Accounting experience (Big 4 or large regional accounting firm preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and management skills
• Strong personal computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant or equivalent, strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SEC guidelines, internal controls and financial reporting; direct external reporting and/or technical accounting experience is a plus
• Experience with SAP, OneStream, Wdesk
• Emphasis on continual process improvements
