Job Description Summary The IFM and Procurement Strategic Analyst role supports global transitions by leveraging technology, data analytics, and quality frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves managing data across multiple systems and promoting digital solutions to drive operational excellence.
Reporting to the Global IFM and Procurement Transition Lead, the IFM and Procurement Strategic Analyst serves as a key analyst supporting the IFM and Procurement Transitions team. This U.S.-based role is responsible for leveraging technology, data analytics, and quality frameworks to advance the effectiveness and efficiency of global transitions and procurement initiatives. The analyst manages large-scale data analysis, cleansing and mapping (across systems like Service Now, CMMS, Yardi, Famis360, and FEXA), drives the adoption of digital solutions, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, PROSCI) preferred.
This job operates in a professional office environment or remote home environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, monitors, shared drives and Software (Microsoft Suite, Traina and Smartsheet’s).
