Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an iFlex RN to provide patient-centered care across multiple sites, supporting float coverage as needed. This role emphasizes adaptability, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and high-quality nursing care in a travel assignment model.

The position requires an active RN license, ICU/Med/Surg experience, and BLS certification, with variable shift patterns and a 3-month duration. Housing assistance is provided for longer assignments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICU or Med/Surg nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychological, and social status of patients.
• Coordinate and direct patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessment data.
• Provide or delegate care per care plans and guidelines.
• Prepare patients for discharge with education and referrals.
• Evaluate responses and adjust care as needed.
• Document care accurately and maintain legal/ethical standards.
