Future Prospects Group Ltd in Lincoln is seeking an IFA Administrator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis, with a salary up to £28,000 per annum DOE, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.

The role involves regulatory compliance with FSMA and FCA rules, processing new business online and on paper, preparing client documents, and maintaining files in SharePoint, with strong communication to clients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules, as well as regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Adhering to compliance, Consumer Duty, T&C, and financial crime procedures, including anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption.
• Keeping up to date with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes.
• Preparing documents for client meetings, packaging suitability letters, maintaining client files in SharePoint, and handling scanning and printing.
• Processing new business both online and via paper applications.
• Processing letters of authorities, preparing valuations, and updating platforms and providers.
• Communicating with clients and providers via phone, email, post, and occasionally face-to-face.
