General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. at Fort Bragg, NC is seeking an Intelligence & Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) Operator I for MTCCS II program.

The role delivers training events, intelligence scenario development, and mission command system integration in a live, virtual, and constructive environment. The position requires a BA/BS, 2+ years of military training experience, and a Secret clearance to start.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS, Subject Immaterial.
• Required Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of military training and training support experience.
• Required Skills: Hands on expertise and understanding of C2IS and Sim-Stim systems and integration.
• Security: Secret clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Delivers small, medium and large collective training events / exercises in accordance within the established MTC training program.
• Delivers Intelligence scenario development and analysis.
• Supports Unit Commander's Training Objectives by developing training methods and materials such as curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids based on consultation with client / user specifications.
• Develops TSP training products that include comprehensive operational procedures for an integrated federation of Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS) and Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) simulation / stimulation systems.
• Participates in Event / Exercise lifecycle management (planning, preparation, execution and recovery, AAR). Consults with users to design, create, and configure systems to meet their training requirements.
• Develops training environments that are unique to unit training requirements.
• Completes setup and configuration of systems, conducts testing, troubleshooting and modification of systems as required.
• Participates in internal AARs upon completion of training
• Certifies IAW the Professional Development and Certification Program (PDCP)
• Performs other duties as required

GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training from Squad through Echelon Above Brigade (EAB).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: BA/BS, Subject Immaterial

• Required Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of military training and training support experience

• Required Technical Skills:

• Hands on expertise and understanding of C2IS and Sim-Stim systems and integration;

• Robust knowledge of the Army and Joint Event Life Cycle and planning processes, simulation architecture and both simulation and tactical network architectures;

• Superb understanding on MTC operations

• Required Skills and Abilities:

• Superb presentation and communication skills; strong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on JELC / ELM requirements and Simulation objectives

• Must be able to lead a planning team to create a high-fidelity, realistic training event in a Live, Virtual, and Constructive environment to meet customer requirements

• Security Clearance: Secret clearance required to start

• Location: Onsite, Fort Bragg, NC

The likely salary range for this position is $57,824 - $73,600. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
