Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to compose and write grammatically correct correspondence and memos.
• Two years of college coursework (48 semester hours) or equivalent education; associate degree or higher; WorkKeys or OK GED required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop appropriate IEPs.
• Assist students with daily tasks as directed by the teacher.
• Assist teachers with conducting lessons, managing the classroom and developing materials.
• Track student progress and create reports for parents.
