Job summary

64 Audio is seeking a highly motivated Lab Technician 1 to join our production team in Vancouver, WA. This entry-level role assembles IEMs using hand-held tools and specialized software, performs quality control, and ensures targets are met for daily production.

Training will be provided to develop precision and reliability in electronics assembly. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a daytime shift from 7am to 3:30pm.

Qualifications

  • Experience with precision assembly and electronics preferred.
  • Ability to read instructions and follow procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and reliability required.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble Apex modules
  • Apply UV curable acrylic into engraved serials
  • Visually inspect inside of shells for contamination
  • Print Case Labels using a UV Printer and Laser Engraver
  • Apply tubes and filters to speakers/drivers
  • Test and sort Drivers/Speakers
  • Solder crossover components and driver sets
  • Run SLA Acrylic 3D Printers
  • Manufacture standard faceplates
  • Assemble Universal earphones
  • Prep shells and earplugs using a micromotor for the lacquer step
  • Polish and sandblast shells and faceplates
  • Count materials for inventory cycles
