Responsibilities

• Create BIM models and drawings throughout all project phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Experience in developing detailed construction documents is required.
• Manage BIM project data sets, workflows, and project setup.
• Generate electrical AutoCAD drawings and oversee file storage systems.
• Negotiate and price owner change orders, managing project costs related to labor, materials, and equipment.
• Forecast and analyze construction costs, risks, and profits.
• Supervise and mentor project team members, oversee field operations, and engineering procedures.
• Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications
