Job Description

Oversee and lead Medline’s sales efforts within key health systems assigned, including hospitals, physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and post-acute care facilities based in New Jersey/New York.

  • Establish and deliver sales through consistent calls and a regularly scheduled itinerary within the assigned territory.
  • Gain knowledge of all phases of the customer’s business and, with support from all Medline sales teams, specialists, and product divisions, develop and implement strategies to introduce and promote Medline programs and products that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all customers within the health system organizations.
  • Respond to and adapt to changes and new information impacting the customer.

Qualifications

Relevant Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of sales experience or 8 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in a full-cycle sales environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficient in CRM software.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (examples include applying themes, formatting, inserting pictures, creating charts, using functions like SUM, setting borders, and adjusting layouts).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $132,600 to $199,160 annually, based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Bonus and incentive eligible. Minimum wage or salary thresholds will be met.
