We are seeking a Design Program Manager to optimize our design processes, and workflows, enabling efficient and scalable product development on our Identity & Trust team. No two days are alike here and your responsibilities will range from operational execution to building for the future by implementing strategic improvements.

Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to partner across multiple Identity, Trust, Risk, and platform product teams to drive alignment across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience guiding teams transitioning from waterfall to agile delivery models; able to introduce structure, cadence, and disciplined execution in mixed-method environments.
• Technical fluency in Identity, authentication, authorization, or platform capabilities—and an understanding of how platform priorities shift across consumer and merchant ecosystems (e.g., Oslo, WinXO, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize multi-team inputs into cohesive, multi-quarter design + delivery roadmaps for large‑scale platform programs.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret and action complex data sets (e.g., RCP signals, quality metrics, operational KPIs).
• Experience establishing and driving Design QA processes, ensuring coverage, tracking, and communication of design defects through to resolution.
