Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking an IAM Administrator to manage enterprise IAM tools and drive secure access across the organization. You will focus on SailPoint, Azure AD, SSO, and RBAC while aligning with security and compliance requirements.

You will collaborate with IT and business units to design roles, provisioning processes, and access controls, while maintaining high availability and incident response readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
• 3+ years of IAM administration experience including SailPoint and SSO
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administration, configuration, and maintenance of Enterprise IAM tools.
• Conduct periodic recertification activities for identity and access management processes.
• Proactively monitor application performance and hosting infrastructure.
• Integrate IAM solutions like Azure Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk and PingFederate.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop roles, applications, workflows and configuration components.
• Participate in root-cause analysis to improve availability and performance of applications.
