Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Identity Security roadmap and product strategy for our identity-focused software. You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, security research, and partnerships to deliver integrated identity protection capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience turning identity threat research into product requirements.
• Strong roadmap, prioritization, execution, and partner management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Identity Security roadmap across human, non-human, and AI agent identity; unify ITDR and ISPM into one product experience.
• Define and prioritize identity risk signals for posture scoring and real-time threat detection.
• Build business cases for new capabilities with market sizing, competitive positioning, and partner revenue potential.
• Align partner strategy with priorities across AI usage, applications, agents, identity, data, runtime security, detection, response, and governance.
• Define product requirements for NHI discovery, secrets exposure, and entitlement governance; ensure MCP/A2A trust models and composite risk scoring.
• Lead product definition for AI agent identity and authentication/delegation workflows.
• Collaborate with IAM platforms to integrate signals without duplicating existing capabilities.
• Turn attack-path analysis into detection logic and continuous control verification.
