Responsibilities

• Build identity verification and fraud detection systems during the application process.
• Develop correlation engines matching candidate details against indicators.
• Create high-availability pipelines ingesting signals from ATS and identity providers.
• Ship automated guardrails flagging high-risk candidates in real-time.
• Prototype quickly, test fraud detection assumptions, and scale solutions.
• Collaborate across security, platform, and data teams; review designs; participate in SDLC rituals.
