We're partnering with a leading consultancy on a CyberArk upgrade project. They're looking for a CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (CDE-certified) to play a key role in a critical upgrade phase. The RoleAct as the CyberArk SME, providing expertise across the planning, execution, and validation of the upgrade.Lead on the technical delivery of the CyberArk version upgrade, ensuring minimal disruption to service.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to advise on configuration, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practice implementation.Produce high-quality documentation, including upgrade and rollback plans, configuration details, and support handover notes.Provide knowledge transfer and support to in-house teams during and post-deployment. What We're Looking ForProven experience delivering CyberArk upgrades in enterprise environments.CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) - essential.Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and security best practices.Comfortable working independently and managing technical risk during complex upgrades.Excellent communication and documentation skills, particularly in a remote consultancy setting.
