We’re seeking an experienced Okta Identity Governance Sr. Developer to lead the migration of a large-scale IAM platform from legacy systems to Okta Identity Governance (OIG) as part of a high-impact cybersecurity program.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the migration from IBM Tivoli Identity Manager to Okta Identity Governance

Implement and configure Okta Lifecycle Management, Access Certification, and Workflows

Automate identity processes (JML, access reviews, governance) with APIs and scripts

Collaborate with globally distributed teams (EU, India, US, LATAM)

Drive improvements across provisioning, authentication, access policies, and compliance

What You’ll Need:

5+ years in IAM, including hands-on Okta Identity Cloud experience

Okta Certified Administrator (Developer cert is a plus)

Strong knowledge of Okta APIs, OAuth/SAML, and scripting (Python, JS)

Proven success in large-scale identity system migrations

Understanding of security frameworks, governance processes, and cloud integration
