Job summary

Office of the Director of National Intelligence in McLean, VA seeks an Identity Intelligence Analyst to develop and conduct trainings on identity intelligence disciplines, including TIDE and watchlisting. The role works across the CT community and NCTC to design and implement new courses.

The position emphasizes strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across interagency partners to advance mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in a related field and/or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent job-related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to identify training needs and develop recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct trainings on the Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE).
• Coordinate training across the CT community and senior analysts.
• Create and implement new identity intelligence courses in collaboration with NCTC.
• Collaborate with CT, Intelligence, and Law Enforcement to support mission requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
