Job summary

Strategic Resilience Group is seeking an Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst, Level 2, to support MCIA mission requirements at Quantico, VA. The role emphasizes identity resolution, biometric-enabled analysis, and time-sensitive operations within an all-source framework.

You will work on-site at MCIA, engaging with mission partners and analysts to produce structured identity intelligence products, manage case data, and support RFIs. A Bachelor's in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility required.
• 8+ years of identity intelligence analysis experience (identity resolution, biometric-enabled analysis, watchlisting, all-source analysis, OSINT).
• At least part of experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated mission knowledge relevant to identity intelligence and identity resolution.
• Experience supporting identity intelligence, biometric-enabled analysis, watchlisting, or time-sensitive intelligence operations.
• Familiarity with I2 identifiers (EFT files, ORIs, TCNs, BIDs).
• Ability to structure analysis and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to work on-site at MCIA, Quantico, VA.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct identity intelligence analysis to support MCIA mission requirements.
• Support identity resolution, watchlisting workflows, and biometric-enabled analysis.
• Review, evaluate, and integrate biographic, biometric, document, media, cellular, and all-source data.
• Support analysis using I2 identifiers such as EFT files, ORIs, TCNs, and BIDs.
• Produce structured analytic outputs, case notes, reports, and identity intelligence products.
• Support time-sensitive operational requirements and shift-based mission workflows.
• Conduct link analysis, network analysis, pattern-of-life analysis, and entity research.
• Support facial comparison, image review, metadata review, and geolocation support as required.
• Coordinate with mission partners, analysts, and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records, case data, and analytic notes in mission systems.
• Support RFIs and identity-related customer requirements.
