Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Identity Intelligence Analyst Lead to help oversee triage and evaluation of all-source intelligence to support national watchlisting initiatives aimed at protecting the United States. The analyst will lead a team conducting targeted research and analysis, documenting information on known or suspected terrorists and preparing nominations that meet established quality standards.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to apply critical thinking with leadership support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee triage and evaluation of all-source intelligence for watchlisting.
• Lead a team conducting targeted research and analysis.
• Prepare nominations meeting quality standards.
• Attend meetings with internal and external partners.
