Overview
Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-INT triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination of Identity Intelligence in accordance with Government priorities and SOPs
- Exploit biometric, forensic, facial identification, CELLEX, DOMEX, and SIGINT-derived information to produce finished all-source I2 products
- Use DONISIS, BI2R, and other repositories for research and exploitation; perform case management for DONISIS submissions
- Support DoD Biometric-Enabled Watchlist (BEWL) and national-level watchlisting operations, including encounter management, nominations, change and removal requests, and RFIs
- Conduct facial identification tasks including 1:N search, 1:1 comparison, image optimization, authentication, metadata analysis, and geolocation; produce FCARs and MEDEX rollups
- Coordinate with DFBA, NGIC, NCIS, and FBI SIU and provide reach-back I2 support to deployed USMC and partner forces
- Monitor shared inboxes across networks and forward pertinent items to I2AC leadership

Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Demonstrated experience in Identity Intelligence, biometrics, forensics, or facial identification analysis
- Working knowledge of EFT files, ORIs, TCNs, BIDs, and related biometric identifiers
- Willingness to work flexible or shift schedules as directed by I2 Branch leadership
- 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DONISIS, BI2R, or BEWL operations
- DOMEX or CELLEX exploitation experience
