Qualifications

• 10+ years building and developing engineering teams that own large scale platforms.
• Experience owning security critical production systems with reliability, least privilege, auditability.
• Hands-on depth to go into code and architecture when needed.
• Track record turning complex infrastructure problems into adopted platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Identity Infrastructure team, directing technically while empowering delivery.
• Define the strategy for identity platform as the policy plane for access across people, agents, workloads, services, clouds, and internal systems.
• Scale Access Manager for evolving lifecycles with context, time-bounds, and accountability.
• Build the access graph and resource catalog for explainable, risk-aware access decisions.
• Replace broad privilege with risk-tiered access to keep work fast and break-glass exceptional.
• Establish first-class authorization for agents and workloads with delegated, time-bound permissions.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Applied, Research, IT, and product to implement identity standards.
• Operate identity infrastructure as a mission-critical platform with reliability, observability, and on-call discipline.
• Measure success by safer, faster, and more accountable access with governance and auditability.
